Rizka was one of the candidates for Vice Regent (Wakil Bupati) in North Musi Rawas, South Sumatera in 2015 and one of the candidates for the House of Representatives (Anggota DPR) of the Republic of Indonesia in 2014. She was one of the youngest candidates for the vice regent and the legislative elections recorded in her political party. Rizka is currently the Head of Administrative Law (DPP/Central Executive Board) of one of the biggest political parties in Indonesia and the Head of the Women’s Empowerment Department of one of the largest political-youth organisations in Indonesia.

She was one of the youngest candidates for the vice regent and the legislative elections recorded in her political party. Besides her political activities, Rizka is the Head of the Indonesian Street Soccer Association in South Sumatera (Asosiasi Street Soccer Indonesia) that is affiliated with the Indonesian Youth and Sports Ministry. Rizka also owned a business in the culinary sector. She has also received awards in young women’s beauty pageants and for its knowledge in Indonesian culture.
As a legal practitioner, Rizka has worked in one of the largest energy companies and one of the most promising telecommunications companies in Indonesia. Rizka has expertise in energy law, telecommunication law, family law, consumer protection law, sport law, and food law. She also has expertise in public law, in particular: governmental law, administrative law, constitutional law, and election law.
Rizka received her Sarjana Hukum degree (S.H.) from Universitas Trisakti and her Magister Hukum degree (M.H.) from Universitas Gajah Mada. She finished her master degree (M.H.) earlier than most of her fellow master students.
